ODC Tucson is a locally owned and operated distributorship. We are a minority owned small business that has been serving the southern Arizona community since 1993. We work here, we live here, our children grow up here and we are your neighbors. We take pride in our commitment to being interactive with the people of southern Arizona as well as the unique environment. As such we have a developed a number of unique doors and door applications that complement the southwestern Arizona architecture and landscape.

Our installer and service technicians average 10 years of experience with our company alone and are all trained personally by the owner, Art Alcon, who has been with the Overhead Door Company since 1978. Our staff is committed not only to being knowledgeable about the door industry but also to educating our customers. Our philosophy is that the more we can teach you about your door system, the better return on your investment and the safer the garage becomes.

Our Product

• In 1921 Overhead Door Company introduced the first upward acting sectional garage door. And in 1927 it introduced the first electric door opener. Read more about our History here.

• Overhead Door manufactures its entire product line unlike other manufacturers which generally produce only door sections then sub out such items as track, hardware, springs, even smaller items such as the bottom weather strip and astragal.
• All other door manufacturers are generally supplied by several independent door opener manufacturers, which in turn sub out their radio systems for their openers. These companies then put their own label on the products manufactured by these other suppliers. Overhead Door manufactures its own, which allows for greater quality and compatibility with its other products.
